Hi, I’m Alona Shaked!

I’m a former lawyer and executive, cancer thriver, IVF mama, writer, & women’s health activist. I teach women executives how to thrive through major life challenges, clarify their purpose and create balanced, fulfilling careers.

I started out my career as a lawyer at an AM100 firm, working 80+ hour weeks, feeling lonely, exhausted and uninspired. I know what it's like to not take care of yourself, and what the consequences can be… After I was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 28, I promised myself I wouldn't live my life that way anymore.

Now as a working mom, it’s become more important than ever that I make self-care a priority. It makes me a better mother, a better coach, and a better person. I am excited to share this amazing tool with you today to get you started!
